Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA in your Client Portal settings for an extra layer of security. Each login will require a verification code from your authenticator app or SMS.
Strong Password Practices
Use a unique, complex password with at least 12 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password or use it on other sites.
Login Notifications
FXNX sends email alerts for every login to your account. If you receive a notification you don't recognize, change your password immediately and contact support.
Secure Your Email
Your email account is the gateway to password resets. Ensure your email also has 2FA enabled and a strong password.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately. We can freeze your account to prevent any unauthorized transactions while investigating.
