Submitting a Withdrawal
Go to Withdrawals in your Client Portal, select Cryptocurrency, choose your crypto and network, enter your wallet address, and specify the amount.
Verification
For security, you'll receive an email verification link. Click the link to confirm your withdrawal request. This protects against unauthorized transactions.
Processing Time
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. Once processed, blockchain confirmation times vary by network (TRC20 is usually fastest).
Double-check your wallet address before confirming. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once sent. Minimum withdrawal is $50 USD.
