Access Password Recovery
Log in to your FXNX Client Portal (this uses your portal password, not MT5 password). Navigate to your trading account and select 'Reset Password'.
Email Verification
A password reset link will be sent to your registered email. Click the link within 24 hours to proceed with setting a new password.
Create New Password
Enter a new strong password following the security requirements. Confirm the password and submit. Your new password is active immediately.
Update All Devices
Log in to MT5 on all your devices with the new password. Remove any saved passwords using the old credentials to avoid confusion.
